SIZING EXCHANGES

If your HALOKEY ring doesn't fit, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size where the product is returned unworn and undamaged.

12-MONTH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Every HALOKEY is covered by a 12-month manufacturer replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a fault develops within this period, we will replace your HALOKEY at no cost. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your HALOKEY is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

COMPATIBILITY

HALOKEY is designed for supported room door access systems only. Lobby, lift, car park and common-area systems may use different access technology and are not covered by a compatibility claim.
