DISPATCH

Orders are prepared and programmed before dispatch. Most HALOKEY orders leave us within two business days of payment. You receive an email as soon as your HALOKEY moves to READY.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available Australia-wide with tracked postage. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier's network.

COLLECTION

Where a participating property or partner location offers collection, you can select collection and pick up your HALOKEY on move-in.
